    The building is really beautiful and the rooms are top-notch with seaview balcony, a balcany and a double bedroom. It has a combination of a good service and a special ambience. The location is stunning, 10 minutes' walk to Terrazza Mascagni Seaside Plaza.

    The location and the view are perfect and dreamlike. A seafood dinner in an excellent kitchen is highly recommended, meat is not included. For a 5 star hotel breakfast is not excessive. The rooms are good, the beds are great, and the rest is normal.

    Bathtub not so great, cleanliness in the bathroom not quite 100%. You couldn't rent buggies.

    Thanks to the receptionist Jessica, she got the opera tickets.

    The breakfast was a weak point, it was not served later. Those who came 1 hour before the end of breakfast saw only a few sweaty cheese slices and almost no fruit.

    I loved the hotel, it was reasonably spacious and tidy, location was absolutely ideal and top in walking distance to the city centre. The roof top bar was good!

    Whilst this is billed as a 5 star hotel it is fairly relaxed and informal in its tone. This worked well for us - especially as we have a toddler. When we asked for anything (cot, milk for the little one, problem with the safe), they sent someone up to help us immediately so we felt the service was good.

    Stylish and fairly clean place, best staff. Magnificent view of the sea, brand-new & top-notch room. Excellent location for Livorno, very close to the Waterfront and the family run restaurants. The rooftop restaurant on the premises.

    Nice, quiet hotel, with a deep sence of a history but in a very modern excellent representation. Proper staff. Great food. Calm atmosphere. Would recommend to a friend and will happy to go there again.

    Stands on a busy road, which doesnt make any trouble if windows are facing a garden. But then you will be missing a great sea view.

    Room war really big and very nice! Huge bed and nice sea view! Nice breakfast on the terrasse.

    Roof-top-bar was extreamly expensive - when we asked for directions, we got a copy of a map that was unreadable but the only info they had. The nice part of livorno is quite a bit away from the hotel
